 Fantasy scene to experiment with applying Photoshop post techniques to the final output. Created in 3ds Max 2010. Texture maps created using Photoshop CS3. Rendered using mental Ray with Final Gather and caustics enabled, and precomputed final gather and photon maps. Quill created using a spline and the Hair and Fur modifier. Cloth simulated using the Cloth Modifier. Faces at render time: 1,954,678
